Zimmerman High School
The plan allows for construction of a new 1,000 student high school to include an 800-seat auditorium for community performing arts, athletic facilities, multi-station gymnasium, dedicated space for cafeteria and music, and expansion in the future.

Rogers High School
The plan allows for a 600-seat additional wing, an 800 seat auditorium, visitor stadium seating, tennis courts, baseball fields, and softball fields.

Otsego K-8 School
The plan allows for a dedicated 500-student elementary school, and a dedicated 460-student middle school, to be constructed on the same property, though separated physically and schedule-wise.

Elk River High School
The plan allows for ten additional classrooms to be built, and a new three-station gymnasium. The gym will be in addition to the existing gym. The portables will be removed.

Early Childhood Family Education
Adequate facilities will be established in the north and the south.

District-Wide
Land will be purchased for future schools.

District-Wide Operations
The plan allows for operating costs at the new buildings, additional staff to reduce class size in existing buildings, increased advanced programming and multi-language, and a restructured day-schedule to accommodate seven periods.
